新时代泉边故事｜同在蓝天下
由济南市委宣传部出品、济南国际传播中心策划制作的《新时代泉边故事·习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在济南的实践》系列短视频持续更新中。第七期《同在蓝天下》讲述了已经68岁的摄影师钟福生，连续10年不间断记录着济南生态环境的变化。以拍摄鸟类为日常的他，期望让每一个生活在这里的人都能切身体会到环境的变化与济南的美好。

A series of short videos, Stories in the City of Springs in the New Era·the Practices of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in Jinan, supervised by the Publicity Department of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and produced by the Jinan International Communication Center is released. The seventh episode, Together under the Blue Sky, tells the story of Zhong Fusheng, a 68-year-old photographer, who has been documenting the ecological changes in Jinan over the past decade. As someone who photographs birds on a daily basis, he hopes that everyone living here can experience the improvement of the environment and the beauty of Jinan firsthand.
04:49鸟类是地方环境的“生态试纸”，是生物多样性监测的指示物。用钟福生的话来说就是：“春江水暖鸟先知，环境好坏鸟知道。”
Birds are the “ecological litmus test” of a local environment and serve as indicators for monitoring biodiversity. As Zhong Fusheng puts it, “when the spring river is warm, the birds know it first, just as they know whether the environment is good or bad”.
在环保局干了8年环保宣教工作的钟福生，退休后仍觉得意犹未尽。于是，他学起了摄影，用拍摄鸟类的方式记录济南生态的变化，至今已有十个年头。
After working for 8 years as an environmental education and publicity officer in Shandong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Zhong Fusheng retired but still felt unfulfilled. So, he embarked on the path of bird photography to document the ecological changes in Jinan for the past decade.
十年来，钟福生拍摄的鸟类从最开始的几种到现在的160种，鸟的种类不断增多，鸟的状态也越来越好。
Up to now, Zhong has photographed 160 species of birds, from just a few at the beginning to the current number, and the status of the birds has improved over time.
“起飞了，起飞了，抓紧拍……”位于济南黄河北的沉砂池，也叫天鹅湖，一群洁白的大天鹅在湖中翩翩起舞，摄影爱好者们正在用镜头捕捉它们灵动优雅的姿态。
“The birds are taking off! Quick, take the shot...” At Chensha Pond, also known as the Swan Lake, located in the north of the Yellow River in Jinan, a group of whooper swans dance gracefully in the lake. Photography enthusiasts are using their lenses to capture the swans" graceful movements.
“大天鹅是候鸟，远道而来经过济南，它要南飞，然后看到济南空气这么好，说下去休息休息吧，就来到我们济南黄河北湿地，看这里比南方还要好，就不走了。这群大天鹅已经连续四五年来这越冬，而且越来越多，现在每年都有七八十只。”据钟福生介绍，他粗略统计过，“现在每年在济南过冬的候鸟大概有十来种，过去我们济南没有候鸟，这也说明我们济南的生态环境越来越好了，吸引了它们，这很难得的。”
“The whooper swans are migratory birds. They traveled from afar, passing through Jinan on their way south. Upon encountering the excellent air quality here, they rested at the Yellow River North Wetland Park. They found the environment here even better than the south and decided to stay. This group of whooper swans has been wintering here for 4 to 5 consecutive years, and their numbers keep increasing. Currently, there are around 70 to 80 of them every year.” According to a rough estimate by Zhong Fusheng, “there are now around 10 different species of migratory birds that spend their winters in Jinan every year. Previously, there were no migratory birds in Jinan at all, but as the ecological environment continues to improve, it has attracted them. This is truly remarkable.”
生态环境改善引得各种珍稀鸟类在济南湖泊、湿地频频“亮相”，越来越多的国家一二级保护鸟类在泉城“落户安家”。
Improvements in the ecological environment have attracted various rare bird species to the lakes and wetlands in Jinan, the City of Springs, with more and more nationally protected bird species settling down and making their homes in the city.
“你看小清河，曾经是小黑河。现在不一样了，水质变好了，已经达到了Ⅱ类标准。什么概念?Ⅱ类标准是可以喝的。生态好了，济南来了鸟类，给我们拍摄者带来了快乐。我们和鸟类是同在蓝天下，人鸟共家园。”钟福生感慨道。
“The Xiaoqing River in Jinan, once known as the ‘little black river’, has undergone a transformation. Its water quality has improved and now meets the class II standard, which means it"s safe to drink. The improved ecology has attracted birds to Jinan, bringing joy to photographers like us. We and the birds share the same blue sky and a common home.” raved Zhong Fusheng.
小清河是济南市城区段唯一的纳污和行洪河道，承接沿线约 700万人口、8000 亿国内生产总值(GDP)的生产生活废水。为将小清河恢复昔日面貌，2018 年，济南市启动实施了小清河环境综合整治工程。通过各级各部门的共同努力，辛丰庄断面自 2019 年以来年均水质类别实现“四连升”，2022 年跃升为地表水Ⅱ类标准，达到有监测数据以来最好水平。
Xiaoqing River is the only river in Jinan"s urban area that collects sewage and floods, receiving wastewater from about 7 million people and 800 billion yuan of GDP along its banks. In 2018, Jinan launched the Xiaoqing River Comprehensive Environmental Improvement Project to restore the river to its former state. Through the joint efforts of various departments at all levels, the Xinfengzhuang section has achieved a “four-year consecutive upgrade” in water quality since 2019 and jumped to class II standard of surface water in 2022, reaching its best level since monitoring data became available.
从连日雾霾到对雾霾无感，从曾经的“小黑河”到水清河晏，从“逃离之心”到“蓝天繁星”……十年来，济南的生态环境显著改善，“泉城蓝”已经成为新常态。现在的济南，已然是：一穹蓝天一方净土，一湖碧水一城绿荫。
Over the past decade, Jinan"s ecological environment has significantly improved, from enduring smog to feeling no impact from it, from the “little black river” to the clear and peaceful Xiaoqing River, from the “desire to escape” to the “blue sky and stars”.
